Dr Natasha Ross
Owner and Veterinarian
Dr Ross qualified from Ondestepoort in 2015, she then went on to complete her compulsory community service in the rural town of Kieskammahoek. She describes this as the best challenge of her veterinary career, learning to work with all species given the minimal resources available.
She then went on to practice for 8 years in an extremely busy small animal veterinary clinic in Randburg that also did a large amount of welfare work. Here she honed her soft tissue surgical and medical skills. After which she has expanded her interspecies knowledge at a mixed animal practice for 2 years
In 2026 she decided to open her own practice that would encompass her own approach to animal welfare, patient care and a fear-free environment.
Jackie Macfayden
Veterinary Nurse
From a young age, Jackie developed a deep appreciation for nature and wildlife, which led her to study Nature Conservation after her matric year.
Driven by a desire to work more closely with animals, she later persued a career in Veterinary Nursing.
She completed her Veterinary Nursing studies in 2003 and as never looked back.
Her passion for animal care led her to further her knowledge by completing a puppy socialization course, enhancing her understanding of early canine development and behaviour.
For over 2 decades, she has dedicated her career to caring for companion animals, ensuring their health, comfort and well being.
Helping animals recover and supporting both pets and their families continues to be a source of great fulfillment and motivation in her career.
Charles has been working in a small animal veterinary clinic for 10years.
His compassionate handling of your pet will always put you at ease.

Brigitte has had a passion for working with dogs from a young age and runs her own small dog training sessions over weekends.
Her love for animals extends far beyond training. Brigitte is devoted to all creatures big and small. Her gentle nature, patience, and genuine love for animals make her a warm and caring part of the veterinary practice team.

Afternoon Receptionist
Kai has loved animals for as long as she can remember. Growing up surrounded by all kinds of animals, she developed a deep passion for caring for them. Whether furry, feathered, or scaled, Kai is always eager to help any animal in need and is dedicated to making a positive difference in their lives.
